In the unlikely event that you are not happy with the outcome of your query, you can ask for it to be escalated and our Customer Experience Leaders will investigate the issue.
If you wish to have a second opinion you can speak to our Complaints Team at email@example.com, who will aim to respond within 48 hours depending on the complexity of your complaint.

- Alternative Dispute Resolution - we have appointed the Independent Betting Adjudication Service (IBAS). You can contact IBAS through the website www.ibas-uk.com, at firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone 020 7347 5883. For any referral to IBAS the decision will be final.
- Alternatively, you may use the Online Dispute Resolution platform available here.
Please note that a difference of opinion regarding any bet, or the terms on which a bet should be settled, shall not be the subject of litigation, court action or objection to an operator's licence unless the dispute has been adjudicated upon by an arbitrator in accordance with these rules and the decision of the arbitrator has not been implemented by the relevant party.
