Why can I not deposit?
There could be a number of reasons why deposits cannot be processed. Listed below are some possible causes:
Deposits may be prevented due to the existence of a Deposit Limit on the account. For further details on Deposit Limits and how to change them, click here.
Declined by the Issuer
If you've tried to deposit money and you've received a decline message you will need to contact your payment method issuer. We don't have the ability to decline transactions - this is only ever done by your issuer - and for data protection we aren't given an explanation as to why a transaction is declined.
Our best advice in this circumstance is to make sure we have the correct details for you. If we don't, this may be the reason behind the decline. If we do have the correct details, we'd then strongly advise contacting your issuer's customer service department - they'll be happy to look into it for you.
