Sky Casino Technical Support
If you are playing on a Desktop or Laptop PC and receiving a blank window when attempting to launch a Sky Casino game, this is likely to be related to a program called Adobe Flash Player.
Adobe Flash Player is used to display the animations for all Sky Casino games. When the latest version is not installed, on occasion users can be presented with a blank screen when launching games.
The latest version of Adobe Flash Player is available to download here. Installation is free and the latest version will allow users to play Sky Casino games without problems.
When you click on Play Now, if your Sky Casino game fails to appear it will usually be related to your 'pop-up blocker'.
As Sky Casino opens in a new window, pop-up blockers can occasionally stop it from opening. If the pop-up is "blocked" you will usually see a message near the top of or bottom of the page. Clicking on this will give you the option to allow pop-ups from our site. Select this and try clicking the Play Now button again.
If your Sky Casino game is stuck and you are unable to continue playing there are a number of actions you can take:
Refresh the window
Pressing the F5 key on your keyboard (or holding CTRL while pressing) will refresh the game window.
Exit and Relaunch
Leaving the game using the 'Cashier' function (if available) or pressing the 'X' button in the top right corner of the game window may allow you to relaunch and continue from where you were previously.
Clear Temporary Internet Files (or Cache), Cookies and History
Clearing the past history can often resolve any stoppages when playing on Sky Casino. The exact process for clearing these files can vary from browser to browser but is usually contained within the 'Tools', 'Options' or the Wrench symbol across the top of the internet window.
If the above still does not resolve your issue, it shouldn't pose a problem in terms of your winnings. Generally speaking, games continue and any winnings due to you are automatically added to your account. This is because when pressing the 'Spin' or 'Play' buttons the result is known instantaneously - what follows is a graphical representation of the result produced. Unfortunately, on a small number of occasions, the software used to display these results can stop or stall.
If you want to see the details of the game that has suffered the issue, please perform an Account History search in the 'My Account' section.
If you've experienced a disconnection or a game freeze during the bonus round of a Casino game, firstly close the game down and logout of your account completely. This will not affect the outcome of the bonus round and upon logging back into the account and relaunching the game, in the majority of cases you should find the game playing out to it's completion.
If you have done the above and have still been unable to complete the bonus round, please let our Customer Care Team know.
We'll have a look into the game history and see what we can do to help you so with that in mind; for details on where to find your account history, please click here
Generally, our slot machines take 3 seconds to complete a spin. If you feel that they're taking longer than this, it's most likely due to network connectivity issues. Deleting your cookies/cache/history etc. and reducing the amount of tasks running in the background, downloading music for example, should improve the speed of the games.
