Removing a Payment Method
Payment methods cannot currently be removed on mobile. Please visit the My Account area online.
Payment methods can only be removed in the 'My Account' section if the Net Deposit figure is zero or below. If you have an enquiry about removing a payment method, please contact us and we will be happy to look into it further for you.
For example, if you have received a replacement for a payment method and have already added this to your account, we will be happy to remove the old version(s) for you as soon as you let us know.
If you were wishing to remove a payment method without a replacement being added however, this would only be done subject to certain security checks we undertake.
We also reserve the right to request copies of documentation to confirm payment methods are no longer active and we will advise you if this is the case.
Expired Payment Methods
Payment methods which have expiry dates should be automatically removed from your account. If you encounter an instance whereby a payment method is still on your account having expired, please contact us and we will be happy to remove it for you.
